This Barrel Monkeys Shiraz possesses a wealth of fruit and power, framed by the soft vanilla notes of large American oak barrels that provide a consistently powerful, delicious and irresistible wine. Deep purple in color with bread aromas of dark red fruits (plums and mulberries) and a slightly sweet scent of cedar oak. Velvety with powerful, spicy blackcurrants and raspberries, finished with notes of smoky meat and pleasant tannins. This shiraz is delicious with lamb, a good steak or grilled pork.

The youth of the Kaiken Malbec Estate can be appreciated in its vibrant purple-red color. Red fruit flavors such as plum and blackberry complement notes of chocolate and tobacco. On the palate, this wine reveals an extraordinary freshness and soft tannins. The Kaiken Malbec is a full rich red wine from the Argentinian Mendoza area. The soft tannins and beautiful smoked notes of oak are beautifully integrated by the 6 months aging in new and used French oak barrels.

Refined, seductive Pinot Noir from Burgundy from Domaine Romy. The wine has the typical Pinot Noir color: clear, light ruby red. On the nose beautiful, and surprisingly many, fruity aromas (blackberry, red currant) and also something floral. Also some earthy tones and a touch of toast and nutmeg. The taste is refined, with rounded tannins, the wine appears elegant and balanced.

Family-owned Rapaura Springs was founded in 2005 and ranks among the top 10 largest wineries in Marlborough. Purity and purity is what Rapaura Springs stands for. All wines are sustainably produced. The Sauvignon is light yellow with green hues. The taste is rich in white and tropical fruits and has pronounced notes of white peach, lime zest, white nectarine and passion fruit along with spices and citrus. The Rapaura Sauvignon blanc is medium-bodied, fruity with a seductive taste and offers plenty of citrus and spicy taste in the mouth characterized by beautiful acids and ends long. A real Côtes du Rhône! Fruity and fleshy with great tannins make this 'everyday' wine a pleasure to drink. Transparent deep ruby red in color. In the nose aromas of red and black berries and very slightly dried Provencal herbs. The taste palette shows small, very ripe red-black fruit and some pepper, which are followed by a good aftertaste with supple tannins.

Pfaffl is an international symbol for Grüner Veltliner. They have even been voted European Winery of the Year by Wine Enthusiast. The Grüner Veltliner grapes come from the south-facing vineyard 'Zeisen'. There is a forest next to the vineyard, which causes large differences in day and night temperatures. In the glass the wine is light lemon yellow with citrus tones and spicy tones with pepper in the nose. On the palate, wine is sparkling, lively and crispy. The wine is fruity with apple and citrus and the recognizable pinch of pepper in the aftertaste. A delicious glass with brunch, for example with sandwiches with salmon and chive cream cheese. Also delicious with a salad with green or white asparagus.

The Villa Sant' Anna Rosso is the younger brother of the Vino Nobile and is a blend of 80% Sangiovese and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Canaiolo, Mammolo, Colorino. This juicy wine has the smell and taste of black cherries. The taste is complemented by spices and wood, ripe tannins. The Rosso di Montepulciano has serious depth and personality. Dark cherry, plum, menthol, tobacco and licorice are some of the many notes we find in this big, rich Rosso. There is no shortage of personality here. This Rosso has the structure for a great drinking window. Lots of wine for an affordable price. Already after uncorking you can smell the Tuscan hills. Organically grown and certified with VEGAN

The Bogle family has been active in agriculture for more than 100 years. Since the late 1960s, grapes have also been grown in the Californian wine region of Clarksburg and later also Lodi. Part of the wine ferments in new oak barrels; some matures 'sur lie' and some ferments malolactically. All in all, an (affordable) textbook example of Californian Chardonnay. In the glass the wine is golden yellow with thick tears. The Bogle Chardonnay has the typical apple and pear flavors and you can also taste vanilla due to the wood aging. The wood-matured wine is beautifully full and creamy and has a wonderfully long aftertaste. Bogle is certified by several bodies: California Certified Sustainable Winegrowing, Lodi Rules Certified Green Certificate and the “Sacramento Area Sustainable Business” Certificate.

A beautiful Riesling from one of the most famous winemakers. In the glass the wine is pale yellow with a light green haze. Wonderfully fresh on the nose with peach and grapefruit. Lots of juice in the mouth compared to beautifully ripe acids with a mineral finish. The Wittman 100 Hügel Riesling trocken is a wonderfully juicy Riesling for an aperitif or with a nice salad. The Wittmann Riesling is biodynamically made with organic certification. The winery has been voted the best winemaker in Germany several times.

The birthplace of the Traminer is in the Italian Tyrol (German-speaking Italy) but then selections led to a spicier grape variety, "Gewurzt" in German and the place where the most beautiful Gewurztaminers come from is without a doubt Alsace (Alsace) to this grape variety shows itself at its best on the granite soils, highlighting its intense aromatic palette. The Allimant-Laugner Gewurztraminer is straw yellow with a golden tinge in the glass. The fruit and spiciness are very intense, the taste balanced with substance. This is a wine for lovers of a fresh wine with sweet notes and is therefore a taste-inducing aperitif and is of course the perfect accompaniment to spicy Asian dishes and strong cheeses such as a blue-veined cheese or long-ripened old cheese.

Monocépage wine from Viognier grapes from the Corette winery. Beautiful golden yellow in color with wonderful aromas of exotic fruit and floral notes (lavender, acacia) on the nose. The wine tastes powerful, rich and balanced. The structure is oily, yet with a fresh taste and a beautiful aftertaste with a hint of honey. This Viognier tastes delicious as an aperitif and also combines beautifully with salads, white meat, grilled fish and ripe, creamy cheeses.

The Sierra Cantabria Crianza is a wonderfully balanced Rioja. Absolutely recommended. This wine is made from the Tempranillo. The Crianza has enjoyed 14 months of education in French and American oak. Its color is ruby red with light violet in the edges of the glass. In the nose, a bouquet of red fruits (currants, blackcurrants) with beautiful intensity, hints of roasted coffee, graphite and vanilla. Its taste has a good structure, good balance between tannins, alcohol and acids. We can also recommend the entire range of Hermanos Eguren/Sierra Cantanbria wines. Absolute Top Riojas.

This Du Toitskloof Cabernet Sauvignon is a full-bodied wine with blackcurrants and spices. Smooth tannins and savory aftertaste. A good wine to enjoy on its own, but also perfect with a delicious steak or stew. A wine with an excellent price/quality

The Allimant Laugnier Pinot Noir is produced in the Alsatian style, fresher and fruitier than Pinot Noirs from Burgundy, thanks to an average maceration of one week before pressing. 2021 was a perfect year for this Pinot Noir and made it possible to obtain healthy and aromatic grapes. The only thing was that the yield was about 25% lower than usual given the early frost. The tannins are supple, the nose pleasant and fragrant, the taste fresh and fruity. Just a top-notch Pinot Noir at a fantastic price.

The Allimant-Laugner Pinot Blanc AOC Alsace consists of 50% Pinot Blanc and 50% Auxerrois, so a mix of the freshness of the Pinot Blanc and the fruit of the Auxerrois. The nose is aromatic with notes of reinette apple. The taste is lively, well balanced with a hint of roundness that gives way to a fresh, mineral finish with some plum aroma at the back of the mouth. Nice and cool drink and a must for lovers of a not too dry slightly sweet white wine.

Delicious Chenin Blanc from top winery Jordan from Stellenbosch, the most famous wine-growing region of South Africa. This Inspector Peringuey Chenin Blanc is barrel fermented for 8 months sur lie. On the nose, this beautiful Chenin Blanc has wonderful aromas of peach, pear and a hint of wood influence. In the mouth a nice soft structure, beautifully creamy but also fresh with a light vanilla accent. This wine is well balanced and has beautiful acidity and a mineral aftertaste.

The Château de Lavagnac La Grande Reserve is a special cuvee that is only made in the good years. The 2015 vintage was a great year and this quintessential Bordeaux Supérieur is an example of Value for Money. A lot of wine for the money. Like the La Grande Dame, this Grande Reserve is a blend of 90% Merlot with 10% Cabernet Franc. The wine is organically produced and has been aged for 12 months in new French oak.
