Order wines at Grandcruwijnen
You can easily and quickly order your wines on Grandcruwijnen.nl. Below, we explain the process of ordering. On our website, you can discover one of the greatest wine ranges in the Netherlands and Belgium. Click through at your convenience, and view the background information of the wines. Did you find something you like? Add it to your shopping cart with only one click. Done shopping? Go to your shopping cart and pay for your bottles with a few simple steps!
On our website, we show the current stock of all our wines and other products. In principle, you can not order more than the number of wines we have in stock, and in most cases, you can order from us by the bottle. However, there are a few exceptions:
- Some wines are so scarce, and we only get a limited amount. This means that for these wines, we work with a maximum order quantity.
- We have several wines in stock. However, if your desired wines are not sufficiently in stock, we usually have them back within a few days. On our website, you can order your wines, and the ones that are not available will show as a backorder. When the backorder has reached our warehouse, we will ship the complete order. We do not deliver part-time. In the unlikely event that we can not deliver the wines within a few days, we will add the value of the order to your loyalty account or, if desired, return it to your account.
Checkout with a few steps
Our webshop uses the one-page checkout. You pay for your order on one page and arrange the shipment immediately. All prices shown on our website includes the legal 21% VAT.
Step 1: Register, log in, or order as a guest?
If this is your first time placing an order with Grandcruwijnen, you can register with us or continue as a guest. If you create an account, all of your data will be stored securely for the next time you come back. You can also log in with your Facebook, Google, or Twitter account, which saves you a little time. As a registered member, you can use 'My Wine Cellar' and you will receive an extra discount in the form of loyalty points (Note- Loyalty points are awarded to registered customers, and do not apply to catering or retail customers). If you do not wish to create an account with us, you can place your order as a guest of Grandcruwijnen.
Step 2: Billing address
Here you enter your address details for the invoice.
Step 3: Shipping method
At Grandcruwijnen, you can choose from different shipping methods. Flexibility is our top priority, and we can send your order to an address specified by you. You even have the option to change the delivery day. You can find more information about our shipping services on the "Delivery" page.
Step 4: Shipping address
Do you want to have your wines delivered at home? Then enter your address details on this page. Are these the same as the billing address? Then you do not have to enter your details again.
Different shipping address or PostNL pick-up location?
You can enter a different shipping address on the checkout page. By default, the billing address is the same as the shipping address, but if you uncheck this box, you can choose an alternative address (in the EU), or one of the PostNL collection points. The invoice and email traffic always go to the associated email. The packing slip, without the prices, is added to the shipment. If you add a message, you can fill it in and we will print it on a card and add it to the wines.
Step 5: Payment
You can choose from different payment methods. We offer Postpay, Spread Payment, One-off iDEAL, PayPal, Multi Pay, Sofortbanking, Giropay, and Mister Cash. Would you like to know more about the payment options at Grandcruwijnen? Then look at the "Payment" page.
Step 6: Overview of the order
Have you gone through all the previous steps? Then you will finally be able to find an overview of the wines you have bought and the choices made for payment and shipping.

Order by phone
Would you rather order from us by phone? Make your requests known via customer service on phone: +31 (0) 78 6450615 (Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00). We will quickly process the order for you! If we are in a call or you are calling outside of our business hours, please leave us a message with your name and phone number. We will call you back as soon as possible!
Invoice and packing slip
With your shipment, we include a printed packing slip without the prices of your wines. You can also send the wines as a gift, and you have the option of adding a personal message that we will include in your package. We will send the invoice separately to you via email, which is attached as a PDF with the order confirmation.
