These family businesses have been passed down from generation to generation, with each generation often building on the knowledge and experience of those who came before.
Bruno Colin cultivates 0.46 hectares of Chardonnay at En Remilly. The soil consists of clay/limestone. The vines were planted in 1960 and 1989. Manual harvest with selective sorting in the vineyards. The wine is aged for 12 months in 350L barrels (15 to 20% new barrels) and 4 to 6 months in barrels before bottling. This makes an elegant, pure and precise wine with an exceptional balance. A true reflection of the terroir with mineral notes and an excellent ageing potential. The Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru En Remilly appellation is a small parcel with a total area of 1.56 hectares and is cultivated by only 6 producers. Located on the hillside next to Grand Cru "Chevalier-Montrachet", En Remilly connects the 3 communes of Chassagne-Montrachet, Puligny-Montrachet and Saint-Aubin.
