The domain cultivates 0.49 hectares on this appellation. Plantings took place here in 1952 and 1987. The soil consists largely of clay-limestone and is processed organically and mechanically. The harvest is done by hand as usual in Burgundy. This plot is located almost at the top of the hill, just below the Hameau de Blagny. This appellation with an attractive name is grown on one of the smallest terroirs in Puligny (2.50 ha). It takes its name from the Truffe de Bourgogne (Burgundian truffle). In the past, at a time when there were fewer vineyards, the soils were very conducive to this type of mushrooms. The wine is aged for 12 months in 350 liter barrels (15 to 20% new barrels) and 4 to 6 months in barrels before bottling. The wine has a golden hue and exceptional purity. A very precise wine with mineral backbone and good complexity. The nose is dominated by aromas of white flowers and licorice. The taste is full, smooth and rich with a delicate acidity that provides a lively aftertaste. This wine offers excellent aging potential. Discreet peppery and woody notes develop with a very long finish.
