2018 Redheads Studio Blue Belle Graciano

The Blue Belle Graciano is a version that is only made in the absolute top years and in the other years the Graciano grapes are used in the blends of RedHeads Studio . The vineyard and the quality of the grapes looked too good to be lost in a larger blend, so it got its own place in the range. The fruit comes from One Tree Hill of the Rocca Family. This grower supplies a large part of the Italian varieties for Redheads. The Roccat Vineyards are on the same ridge as Penfold 's famous Magill Vineyards. Penfolds itself buys the fruit here so that confirmed that the region produces top quality fruit. The Graciano grapes are fermented in small open top fermenters and dipped by hand. Aging for 12 months in French and American oak. The wine was aged in bottle for 12 months before being released.

The Redheads Blue Belle Graciano is a fruit-driven wine packed with juicy blueberry fruit flavors and violet aromas with a hint of spicy oak. The wine is rich in color and full of flavour, great on its own or perfectly paired with seasoned lamb and of course perfect for the Green Egg barbecue.
