Description
Since 2017, Weingut Oswald has been run by Simon and Klara Müller-Oswald. Both come from a family of winegrowers and gained extensive experience before starting their own winery. They now apply this experience to their own winery. They combine tradition with modern innovations in grape cultivation and winemaking.
This is a delicious Weissburgunder from Weingut Oswald, located in the Rheinhessen region. The wines are not yet certified organic, but are produced organically and are vegan, meaning no animal products are used in the fining process. The Oswald Weissburgunder Trocken (also known as the German Pinot Blanc) has a light straw-yellow color in the glass and a beautiful nose of white fruit and citrus. It's pleasant and long-lasting. This is a pure wine with crisp acidity. Full of ripe fruit of pear, apricot, and nectarine, it offers excellent value for money, making it a very handsome Pinot Blanc.

Since 2017, Weingut Oswald has been run by Simon and Klara Müller-Oswald. Both come from a family of winegrowers and gained a lot of experience before starting their own wine company. They now apply this experience to their own wine company. They combine tradition with modern innovations in grape planting and winemaking.
Simon and Klara put their heart and soul into the sustainable management of the vineyards, winemaking and contact with customers. All this leads to wines of the best possible quality and taste at different levels, from entry-level wines to more structured wines with a higher complexity. So something for every moment and for everyone. The joy of life that the young couple radiates also reflects on their wines. They provide a lot of drinking pleasure and are accessible, all with a wonderful drinking balance.
Oswald's wines are plant-based/vegan. When clarifying the wine, animal products such as isinglass, casein protein or gelatin are often used. These agents are added to the wine in the final winemaking process. The solid particles that make the wine cloudy then bind to these agents and together they are filtered from the wine. The wine is clarified by lowering the temperature of the wine. As a result, no animal products are used.
