The Flor de Vetus Tinto has a full red color with purple hues. The wine is medium to full bodied with in the nose, red and black ripe fruit. We smell tones of licorice, herbs, coffee and caramel. The mouth is powerful and fresh at the same time. Very structured and we were surprised that this Toro wine has a beautiful acidity. Clearly a modern style Toro where fruit is in the foreground. The wine is well structured and perfectly balanced wine with an excellent aftertaste.

The Allimant-Laugner Cremant d'Alsace Blanc from the AOC Crémant d'Alsace is a great sparkling wine, lively and fine and is the result of a harmonious blend of the fruit with the suppleness of Pinot Blanc, the acidity and freshness of Riesling, as well as the richness and structure of Pinot Gris. Without a doubt one of the best Cremants available and its popularity can certainly be explained because this wine is also made according to the Methode Traditionelle, like a good Champagne, Cava or Spumante, with a second fermentation in the bottle. The price of this Cremant de Alsace is incomparable to that of a good Champagne and is of excellent quality. The fact that we are not alone in this is also evidenced by the fact that this is the highest scoring Cremant on the Vivino platform and the wine gets 91/100 Wine Enthusiast

The Allimant-Laugner Riesling is a true Alsace (or Elzas) Riesling, so from the AOC Alsace. Vinified with indigenous yeasts at low temperatures for 8 weeks and matured on fine lees for 7 months. The Riesling grapes come from granite soil where the grapes have to work quite hard. This wine has the typical Riesling nose with lemon aromas and a tense and fresh palate and some tones of gravel and lime.

As one of the first Ribera del Duero high-end wineries, Emilio Moro saw the potential of the noble grape Godello and the Bierzo region early on and in 2016 the white wines of Emilio Moro - the El Zarzal and the La Revelia saw the light of day and from the end of 2020 a new offspring has been added, namely the Polvorette. In the meantime, many large wineries now also have a Bierzo vineyard so that they can also make beautiful white wines.

Sindicat La Figuera works with 25 hectares of Garnatxa Fina and the vines range in age from 20-70 years. Venus la Universal Sindicat La Figuera is made by René Barbier. It is a characteristic and rustic red with the chalky tannins of the limestone soils and the scent of the Garnacha from the village. Wines are fermented with wild yeasts in underground concrete tanks with minimal temperature control, where they are aged on fine lees for about 9 months before being bottled with light clarification and filtration. It is a great accessible wine. Red fresh fruit, the typical mineral aromas and flavors. Elegant, fresh and juicy that is the best to sum up this delicious wine and not surprisingly that even this very affordable wine from Rene Barbier has been awarded 90/100 Parker points since the 2018 vintage. The wine is aged for 12 months in French oak. The color is purple-red, and the nose reveals notes of red and black fruit, such as red currant and blackberry.
