The Flor de Vetus Tinto has a rich red color with purple hues. The wine is medium to full-bodied, with ripe red and black fruit on the nose. We smell notes of licorice, spices, coffee, and caramel. The palate is powerful yet fresh. It's very structured, and we were surprised by the wonderful acidity this Toro wine has. Clearly a modern Toro style, with fruit taking center stage. The wine is well-structured and perfectly balanced, with an exquisite finish.

The Allimant-Laugner Cremant d'Alsace Blanc from the AOC Crémant d'Alsace is a great sparkling wine, lively and fine and is the result of a harmonious blend of the fruit with the suppleness of Pinot Blanc, the acidity and freshness of Riesling, as well as the richness and structure of Pinot Gris. Without a doubt one of the best Cremants available and its popularity can certainly be explained because this wine is also made according to the Methode Traditionelle, like a good Champagne, Cava or Spumante, with a second fermentation in the bottle. The price of this Cremant de Alsace is incomparable to that of a good Champagne and is of excellent quality. The fact that we are not alone in this is also evidenced by the fact that this is the highest scoring Cremant on the Vivino platform and the wine gets 91/100 Wine Enthusiast

As one of the first Ribera del Duero high-end wineries, Emilio Moro saw the potential of the noble grape Godello and the Bierzo region early on and in 2016 the white wines of Emilio Moro - the El Zarzal and the La Revelia saw the light of day and from the end of 2020 a new offspring has been added, namely the Polvorette. The Allimant Laugner Gentil 2022 from Alsace is a blend that perfectly reflects the elegance and versatility of this region. "Gentil" is a traditional name for a wine made from a blend of different grape varieties, typical of Alsace. The Gentil is a blend of 45% Riesling, 35% Muscat, 20% and Pinot Gris - AOC Alsace. This cuvée revives the historical tradition of blending Alsatian varieties. It is considered the perfect partner for all occasions thanks to an intense fruity nose that continues into a structured and fresh palate.

Sindicat La Figuera works with 25 hectares of Garnatxa Fina, and the vines range in age from 20 to 70 years. Venus la Universal Sindicat La Figuera is made by René Barbier. It is a characteristic and rustic red with the chalky tannins of the limestone soils and the aroma of the village's Garnacha. The wines are fermented with wild yeasts in underground concrete tanks with minimal temperature control, where they age for approximately nine months on fine lees before being bottled with light fining and filtration.
