Weingut Prüm (Weingut Johan Josef Prüm) is a winery with a rich history, the roots of the Prüm family lie in the Moselle region for over 800 years. This famous winery was founded in 1911 by Johan Josef Prüm and in 1920 his son Sebastian started working in the family business. The Wehlener Sonnenuhr Spätlese from Prum is an absolute beautiful wine and has a drinking window until 2060+. The wine is full of apple and pear essences shrouded in notes of honeysuckle and lily. The Prüm Riesling Spatlese Wehlener Sonnenuhr is very delicate and has a silky texture. This is a unique and so beautiful Riesling. Beautifully slightly chilled as an aperitif, but also recommended with white meat.
