The Riesling Wehlener Sonnenuhr Riesling Cabinet from Prum is a beautiful Riesling. As with the Graacher Riesling from Prum, this wine has great balance, nice acidity with flowers, slate and a bit of saltiness on the palate with a spicy, luscious finish with a return of slate and tropical fruit flavours. Beautifully slightly chilled as an aperitif, but also recommended with white meat. Only 8% alcohol and always very high ratings from the international wine press.
