About the Château Pavie winery

The vineyard of Château Pavie is 42 hectares. It is a large entity, but contains various terroirs, each with its own microclimate. Château Pavie is often one of the last wineries to complete the harvest. They work responsibly: 70% of the vineyard is now treated organically, they strive for 100%.

Today, Gerard Perse is the man in charge. A self-made man and a millionaire from Paris.
