In the glass, the Terrasse du Moulinas Rouge du Soir from Domaines Mas is light ruby red with a purple glow. Lots of fresh fruit on the nose such as plum, raspberry, but also spicy notes and a bit of pepper. In the mouth the wine is round, fresh and fruity with soft tannins and notes of licorice in the aftertaste. This everyone's friend always does well. The price/quality ratio is more than excellent and it is a pleasant wine, not too heavy and not boring. The wine is delicious with a salad with grilled steak strips. Also delicious with mild cheeses.

In the glass, the Domaines Paul Mas Terrasse du Moulinas Élégance Blanc has a lemon yellow color with a green hint. In the nose we smell notes of citrus fruit, white flowers and tropical fruit. In the mouth the wine is remarkably fresh and, especially for a wine in this price range, it is very lively with lots of tropical fruit (pineapple, citrus, peach) and has a nice balance in acidity, which ensures a pleasant and good aftertaste. A delicious glass to simply enjoy, but this white wine is also an excellent accompaniment to dishes with white fish. Also delicious with curry with chicken.
