"Oud Dordt" is a beautiful cheese with strong regional ties. It is made at the De Graafstroom dairy in Bleskensgraaf. This cooperative cheese factory has been owned by its 150 affiliated dairy farmers since 2009. In recent years, "De Graafstroom" has invested heavily in special recipes to create even more exquisite cheeses. The result is, among other things, "Oud Dordt" cheese. This cheese recipe has won numerous awards at international cheese competitions, including the Global Cheese Award 2017 and the World Cheese Award 2017. Oud Dordt is a perfectly naturally matured 48+ cheese with beautiful protein crystals. The flavor is piquant, creamy, and slightly sweet. Oud Dordt 48+ is vacuum-packed and freshly sliced in a wedge of approximately 350 grams. This cheese goes very well with a wood-aged red Tempranillo wine such as the CEPA 21 Hito and also tastes delicious with an Italian Primitivo

A luxurious nut mix with cashew nuts, king size peanuts, almond, macadamia and pistachio. The nuts are freshly roasted and salted (if you want unsalted, please let us know and we'll let them burn). Because we burn fresh, the delivery time can sometimes take a day longer, so please take this into account. This is incomparable with the supermarket nuts and is still authentically roasted for us by a nut burner and packed in a bag of approximately 200 grams.

The fantastic nature reserve of Herdade do Sobroso has extensive flower fields, pine forests and, in addition to great wines, very beautiful high-quality honey is also produced here. This delicious honey is composed of the nectar of wild flowers, especially rosemary, which grows in abundance here. The honey comes from beehives on the estate that are lovingly cared for. The honey is amber in color with a delicate floral bouquet of flowers and an intense, sweet taste. It is almost a shame to mix this honey, it is so delicate and delicately sweet. Incomparable to commercial supermarket honey. This is pure nature. The antimicrobial and antiseptic properties of this natural top honey are highly recommended for a (coming) cold.

The Colheita Seleccionada 2016 Sustainable agriculture comes from the Dao DOC and the 2016 is the first vintage released in spring 2022 from the cellars of Falorca. The wine is a blend of Touriga Nacional 70%, Rufete 10% & Alfrocheiro 20%. The vineyard faces south at an altitude of 450 m. A few facts and this makes the Dao wines so special. A modest alcohol percentage of 13% and not such a heavy alcohol driven wine that are too often on the market these days........

The Encruzado Reserva Quinta da Falorca is made from 95% of the finest white grape from the Daô region – the Encruzado. This grape has the ability to maintain a near-perfect balance between sugars and acidity. It produces dry, fruity, and aromatic wines and is one of Portugal's top white grape varieties. This grape has exceptional aging potential, as evidenced by this white wine from Quinta da Falorca, which can easily remain in your cellar or wine fridge until 2034. The wine has been aged in new French oak and has a perfect alcohol content of 13%, making it exceptionally elegant. Year after year, the wine receives high ratings.
