"Oud Dordt" is a beautiful cheese with strong regional ties. It is made at the De Graafstroom dairy in Bleskensgraaf. This cooperative cheese factory has been owned by its 150 affiliated dairy farmers since 2009. In recent years, "De Graafstroom" has invested heavily in special recipes to create even more exquisite cheeses. The result is, among other things, "Oud Dordt" cheese. This cheese recipe has won numerous awards at international cheese competitions, including the Global Cheese Award 2017 and the World Cheese Award 2017. Oud Dordt is a perfectly naturally matured 48+ cheese with beautiful protein crystals. The flavor is piquant, creamy, and slightly sweet. Oud Dordt 48+ is vacuum-packed and freshly sliced in a wedge of approximately 350 grams. This cheese goes very well with a wood-aged red Tempranillo wine such as the CEPA 21 Hito and also tastes delicious with an Italian Primitivo

A luxurious nut mix with cashew nuts, king size peanuts, almond, macadamia and pistachio. The nuts are freshly roasted and salted (if you want unsalted, please let us know and we'll let them burn). Because we burn fresh, the delivery time can sometimes take a day longer, so please take this into account. This is incomparable with the supermarket nuts and is still authentically roasted for us by a nut burner and packed in a bag of approximately 200 grams.

Cloud Break Zinfandel is a powerful and beautifully concentrated fully ripe wine. The aromas that dominate are those of ripe blackberries, black cherries and plums. In the taste a pleasant freshness and finesse develops with sweet juicy tones of red and black fruit. This full red wine is excellent with various dishes.

The Paul Mas Astruc Chardonnay Reserve is a 95% wood-matured Chardonnay with 5% Mauzac, so a wine with that famous butter. The wine is full-bodied, but surprisingly light and lively, rich and with a remarkable length. After picking, the wine ferments slowly at a low temperature of 16°C with partial malolactic fermentation (60%) so that the acids are retained and the wine does not become woolly as often happens with barrique Chardonnays. The wine is allowed to mature in oak barrels, 1/3 of which are new and 2/3 2 years old. Half of these barrels are French, the other half American. In the glass, the Asstruc Chardonnay Reserve has a light, fresh, golden yellow color with intense notes of flowers, a little brioche and vanilla and notes of pineapple, lime and quince in the nose.
