The Guerrieri winery and its location in Le Marche
Azienda Agraria Guerrieri is a family-run business with roots dating back to the 19th century, located in Terre Roveresche in the Marche region of Italy. The Guerrieri family has managed the estate for five generations, with a strong focus on sustainability, biodiversity and quality. The estate not only consists of vineyards, but also includes olive groves, grain fields and beehives, with a focus on the balance between agriculture and nature.
The vineyards are located on rolling hills at an altitude of 250 metres, just a few kilometres from the Adriatic Sea. The temperate climate with warm days, cooling sea breezes and cool nights ensures a gradual and optimal ripening of the grapes. The combination of maritime influences and chalky clay soils contributes to the complexity and freshness of the wines.

The Guerriero Nero is a powerful red wine from Guerrieri, made from a blend of Montepulciano, Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon . After fermentation, the wine is aged in large oak barrels for 10 to 12 months, followed by a bottle ageing of at least six months. This process allows for refinement and integration of the different components, without losing the fruit.
