The Cignomoro Pepe Nero Bianco is a blend of Verdeca, Bianco D'alessano and Minutolo. The grapes are first cooled after harvest and then cold pressed, after which fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures between 16 and 18 C. In the glass the wine has a light straw yellow color with golden reflections. Aromatic on the nose with notes of white flowers, green apple, citrus fruit and pineapple. In the mouth a fruity taste with pleasant acidity and a persistent aftertaste. a delicious glass to enjoy stand-alone and a good wine for on the terrace, but also combines very well with fish and seafood.
