2023 Chateau Minuty M de Minuty Rose

The M de Minuty is a beautiful fresh rosé. A very strict selection takes place (twice in the vineyard and on the selection tables) of the grapes which come from the best part of the "Côtes de Provence". This rosé is a blend of the typical Provence rose grapes, namely the: Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah. The picking takes place in the very early morning, after which the grapes are stored cooled (so that fermentation does not start too early). At the Chateau, the grapes are pressed immediately and then fermentation takes place at a very low temperature Chateau Minuty has a fully automatic bottling line that was designed to protect the rosé wines against oxidation and to respect their aromatic qualities. The color of this rose is, as a Provence rose should be, very light and bright. The blush wine is an instant hit with its intense aromas vary from spicy berries to notes of tropical fruit. In the nose we smell beautiful notes of red currant and orange peel. In the mouth, the M de Minuty is polished, fresh with a very pleasant acidity.

This is a beautiful rose, but in short, this is also a rose from Chateau Minuty . It is a perfect terrace wine but also gastronomically excellent with salads, shrimps, kebabs, spicy food and with apricots. What about olives, tapas, dips, crackers, wasabi peas and vegetable chips. It goes down like a treat
with summer salads such as classic tomato and mozzarella or niçoise salad. Seafood, including shellfish and shrimp.
