The M de Minuty is a beautiful, fresh rosé. A very strict selection takes place (twice, in the vineyard and on the selection tables) of the grapes, which originate from the best parts of the Côtes de Provence. This rosé is a blend of the typical Provence rosé grapes: Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah. Harvesting takes place very early in the morning, after which the grapes are stored in a cool place (to prevent fermentation from starting too early). At the château, the grapes are pressed immediately, and fermentation takes place at a very low temperature. Château Minuty has a fully automated bottling line designed to protect the rosé wines from oxidation and preserve their aromatic qualities. The color of this rosé is, as a Provence rosé should be, very light and clear. This blush wine is an instant hit with its intense aromas ranging from spicy berries to notes of tropical fruit. On the nose, we smell beautiful notes of red currant and orange peel. On the palate, the M de Minuty is polished, fresh with a very pleasant acidity.

This is a beautiful rosé, but then again, it's also a rosé from Château Minuty . It's a perfect patio wine, but also excellent with salads, shrimp, kebabs, spicy food, and apricots. Think olives, tapas, dips, crackers, wasabi peas, and vegetable chips. It goes down a treat.
With summer salads like a classic tomato and mozzarella or Niçoise salad. Seafood, including shellfish and shrimp.

Chateau Minuty is a classic domain from Provence. It is located on the peninsula of Saint-Tropez. Minuty owes its name to the style of the wines and the flawless regularity. The domain works according to simple principles: The vines are grown according to rational cultivation, without weed killers or pesticides. This protected, wooded environment guarantees a privileged ecosystem. The fruit is preserved during extraction to preserve the rich expression of the region.

A renowned Provence winemaker, Château Minuty has been around since 1850, but when it was taken over by Gabriel Farnet (grandfather of the current owners) in 1936, it quickly became recognized as one of Provence's benchmark winemakers. Today Jean-Etienne and François manage the estate and have taken the focus on quality even further by reducing yields, building a new winery, replanting their Carignan and Ugni-Blanc with grenache noir and Vermentino and pioneering the use of the first juice released in the production of their rosé wines. The weight of the grapes is enough to get a first natural pressing and this first juice is fermented and used for the top model the Rose et Or and the Cuvee (a mix of this juice and the first pressing) and gives the rosé wine the luscious texture and elegance. While 70% of the production is rosé wine, there are also some excellent whites and a rich, silky red. All Chateau Minuty wines are very serious, complex wines that are perfectly suited to Provencal cuisine and are a permanent fixture on the most prestigious wine lists of the Côte d'Azur.
