Cloudy Bay is New Zealand's wine benchmark and the most internationally acclaimed brand. It is one of the first five wineries from Marlborough, New Zealand's premier wine region (located at the northernmost tip of the South Island). A highly sought-after range of wines, each offering a different experience. Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc is the international benchmark in its category. Innovation, meticulous attention to detail and regional characteristics are the founding principles of Cloudy Bay.
The Sauvignon Blanc has a seductive nose, with appealing aromas of ripe honeydew melon, passion fruit, vibrant citrus and a subtle hint of fresh blackcurrant leaf. The palate is concentrated and elegant, with hints of fresh sea air balancing the warmth of the ripe fruit notes at the heart of the wine. Subtle tropical fruit characters are supported by refreshing notes of macrutti lime, lemongrass, Meyer lemon and a hint of grapefruit peel.

Rocking the new label and proprietary glass, the 2022 Sauvignon Blanc is excellent. It’s soft and floral, with lashings of green apple, sweet pea, pink grapefruit, white currant, coriander and even kiwi fruit. Sensational wine. Cloudy Bay has a big reputation for a reason. They age, too, so keep that in mind. 13.5% alcohol, sealed under screw cap.
