Sinzero

The Sinzero wines are among the best available under Alcohol free wine. They contain less than 0.5% alcohol and also contain very few calories (between 20-32 kcal per 100 ml) — so they are a very responsible choice. In contrast to the evaporation of wine, where in addition to the alcohol aromas are also lost, the Sinzero wines are made according to a unique process, the SSC technology (Spinning Cone Column), whereby no loss of taste or smell takes place.

The grapes are fermented and matured according to the traditional winemaking method. During this traditional "vinification" the grapes are very gently crushed and normal fermentation and maturation take place. So real wine is made and the wine is only de-alcoholised just before bottling. The most beautiful process to de-alcoholize is according to the so-called SSC technology (Spinning Cone Column). It is also the most expensive process, but SSC does not cause any loss of aroma or taste. The aromas, alcohol and moisture are separated via an ingenious (physical) system, after which the aromas are added back to the moisture.

From Sinzero you can find a red wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon, a white wine made from Chardonnay and a very pleasant sparkling wine which is also made from Chardonnay.
