Description
The Momo Pinot Noir 2023 is an elegant red wine from the Marlborough region of New Zealand, produced by Seresin Estate. The name "Momo" means "descendant" in Māori, emphasizing the close connection with the parent company.
Tasting notes: This Pinot Noir offers lively aromas of ripe cherries and red berries. The palate is juicy and complete, with firm tannins in harmony with the fruit and acidity.
Vineyard & Vinification: The grapes for this wine come from organically certified vineyards. After harvest, the grapes are destemmed and fermented in small open top fermenters with selected yeast. The wine is then aged for 10 months in a combination of stainless steel vats and neutral oak barrels.
Serving suggestion: This wine pairs well with pizza, pasta and lighter meats. It can be served slightly chilled during warmer months.

While the region's natural freshness abounds, the wine retains a round shape and natural curve before being sewn up by a thread of acidity.
