Sutherland’s Viognier Roussanne blend is a complex and multifaceted wine. On the nose there is an abundance of fresh fruit, from white peach to sun-dried apricot to vibrant citrus. There are prominent notes of brioche and almond from the contact with the lees. The Sutherland Viognier Roussanne is the perfect match between vibrant and elegant with a beautiful minerality.

Thelema Mountain Vineyards is situated on the South Easterly side of the Simonsberg Mountain, with vineyards sitting at elevations of 530m above sea level. These are considered to be some of the highest elevations in Stellenbosch - the high altitude and soil profile are ideal for premium wine grape production.
Thelema believes that the single most important factor of making a serious premium wine is the quality of the grapes.
