2021 Pravis Teramara Sauvignon

Azienda Agricola Pravis has its vineyards high up in the Dolomites. The perfect climate, softened by the Ora, the wind that blows through the valley from Lake Garda, produces very elegant wines. Connoisseurs know that the cool nights and the altitude ensure good temperature differences and this gives wines the right balance and certainly the Sauvignon Blanc from this region, as well as the neighboring Alto Adige, get a different (we think beautiful) character. The vineyards of Pravis are located in Lasino at an altitude of 500-700 meters with a southwestern exposure. The hand-picked sauvignon blanc grapes are gently pressed and then given a six-hour cold maceration. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel and then remains in steel for 5-7 months and is then bottled

The Pravis Teramara Sauvignon Blanc from the "I Vigneti" line has a clear appearance with pronounced delicate aromas of just picked peach, citrus, berries and a little freshly mown grass in the nose. In the mouth the wine is very clean, fresh and elegant with a spicy citrus touch. This wine is excellent to drink young, but also perfectly capable of aging due to the beautiful acidity.
