The tempranillo grapes are hand-picked and destemmed. After malolactic fermentation, the young wine is clarified and stabilized to preserve its youthful and fruity character. Like all Enate wines, quality is of paramount importance. This Tinto Joven should be drunk young and preferably slightly chilled (16 degrees). The wine has a beautiful garnet red color. In the nose, the wine is very aromatic with notes of red fruit (cherries, berries, strawberries), caramel and licorice. Fresh and lively on the start, round and soft on the tongue, mouth-filling, warm and fruity, with ripe and pleasant tannins and a creamy, mild finish. This is a delicious fruity cheerful red wine. The ideal wine with small snacks. The Enate wines are famous all over the world and Enate has its labels made by well-known artists and the Enate Joven was made by the Dutch painter Marc Mulders.
