Description
This sweet St. Michael Weinkellerei is made by stopping the fermentation in time so that not all sugars are converted into alcohol. This brings the alcohol percentage to 8.5% and the wine remains sweet. This wine was fermented with selected yeasts under controlled temperature and stored in stainless steel tanks before bottling. This is a fresh, medium bodied wine with exotic fruit aromas. The taste is round and soft with a slightly sweet aftertaste. Pleasant wine for lovers of a sweet white wine and not too excessive in the alcohol. Delicious as an aperitif or in combination with light (starter) dishes. Tip: serve the wine well chilled.
The St. Michael family business has a deep love for viticulture. Located in the Rheinhessen, this sweet yet fresh white wine is made from a blend of white German grape varieties Germany. For generations, the family has taken care of all the work in the vineyards. They outsource the winemaking itself to winemaker Joachim Esseln, in order to guarantee a consistently high quality.
