The Carnaroli Superfino rice from Riserva San Massimo is perfect for the preparation of risotto. It is famous among important chefs for its organoleptic characteristics such as low stickiness, firm consistency in cooking, rare grain compactness and high starch content. It is not for nothing that this Riserva San Massimo Carnaroli is the Risotto rice which is used by many Michelin star chefs and is the most used Risotto in the top catering industry in Italy, so this says something.

A luxurious nut mix with cashew nuts, king size peanuts, almond, macadamia and pistachio. The nuts are freshly roasted and salted (if you want unsalted, please let us know and we'll let them burn). Because we burn fresh, the delivery time can sometimes take a day longer, so please take this into account. This is incomparable with the supermarket nuts and is still authentically roasted for us by a nut burner and packed in a bag of approximately 200 grams.

The Fattoria Sila Sughetto (Sugo) Basilico Amatriciana is a very tasty ready-to-use sauce based on exclusive recipes from Calabria. The sauces are made with the best raw materials intended for the higher segment of restaurants and gastronomic connoisseurs. Incomparable to the mass Supermarket sauces. The Sugo Basilico has an intense taste of freshly picked tomatoes, with that fresh hint of basil that can only be made in Italy. Produced with only the pulp of selected Italian tomatoes and of course with only extra Virgin Olive Oil.

“Oud Dordt” is a beautiful cheese that is linked to the region. The cheese is made at the dairy factory “De Graafstroom” in Bleskensgraaf. This cooperative cheese factory has been owned by the 150 affiliated dairy farmers since 2009. In recent years, “De Graafstroom” has invested heavily in special recipes to make even better cheeses. The result of this is, among other things, the “Oud Dordt” cheese. This cheese recipe has since won the necessary prizes at international cheese inspections such as Global CheeseAward 2017 and World CheeseAward 2017. Oud Dordt is a perfectly naturally matured 48+ cheese with beautiful protein crystals. The taste is spicy, creamy and slightly sweet. The Oud Dordt 48+ is vacuum-packed and is freshly cut and has a tip of ~350 grams. This cheese goes very well with a wood-aged red Tempranillo wine such as the CEPA 21 Hito and also tastes delicious with an Italian Primitivo .

Sindicat La Figuera works with 25 hectares of Garnatxa Fina and the vines range in age from 20-70 years. The Garnacha 2020 Sindicat La Figuera is made by René Barbier. It is a characteristic and rustic red with the chalky tannins of the limestone soils and the scent of the Garnacha from the village. Wines are fermented with wild yeasts in underground concrete tanks with minimal temperature control where they are aged on fine lees for approximately 9 months before being bottled with light fining and filtration. It's a great accessible wine. Red fresh fruit, the typical mineral aromas and flavors. Elegant, fresh and juicy, that's the best way to summarize this delicious wine and it's not surprising that even this very affordable wine from Rene Barbier has been awarded 90/100 Parker points since 2018. The 2021 itself 91/100

Jean-Claude Mas, founder of Domaines Paul Mas in 2000, launched a range of wines under his name. The Jean Claude Paul Mas Les Faïsses Chardonnay comes from 20 to 30 year old vines on a soil of limestone and pebbles. The wine consists of 95% of the Chardonnay grape with a little Mauzac (5%) for extra elegance. The chardonnay grapes are hand-picked. In the glass the wine has a beautiful light yellow full color. The wine is very refined and elegant, especially for the price range. Clearly a wood-matured chardonnay, but without being an extreme vanilla bomb like (too) many chardonnays. In the nose we smell beautiful notes of tropical fruits, hazelnuts, citrus fruit, supported by a note of vanilla. In the mouth the wine is full bodied with hazelnuts and citrus fruit, supported by a light note of vanilla. Very good price/quality ratio.

From selected vineyards, the grapes of Tempranillo & Syrah are fermented in 16-Hectoliter egg-shaped concrete tanks temperature controlled at a temperature of just below 17°C / 62°F. This cool fermentation requires special tanks but gives extra freshness to this beautiful rosé. to acquire. After fermentation, the Juan Gil rosé matures for approx. 4 months in French oak barrels with the aim of giving a soft and round mouthfeel. This is not your average and mass-produced rosé, but a rosé that can also be drunk a bit older without any problem. The Juan Gil has a salmon pink color. In the nose we smell fresh notes of red plums, cherries and cranberries. The well-integrated oak gives hints of nuts, toast and a ripe creamy weight with apricot and peach fruit in the aftertaste at the back of the palate and a savory orange zest.

The Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP Raineri is obtained by processing and mixing different types of vinegar that have matured for years in oak barrels. This is a top Balsamic with a very delicate aroma, the taste is typically aromatic, fruity, fresh and persistent. Delicious with a multitude of dishes such as a grilled ribeye and of course a Mozarella cheese. Incomparable with the many supermarket versions, but in the end this is also from the Specialist Raineri Olio

A sweet taste is characteristic of superior Arabica coffee beans; a taste that you especially taste with the tip of your tongue and once tasted you will never forget. Dolce is made of 90% specially selected Arabica coffee beans from Ethiopia, Brazil, Guatemala and Honduras. The remaining 10% consists of a very special Robusta coffee bean. Exclusively for Goppion Caffè, the most beautiful coffee beans are selected by hand on the Indonesian island of Flores (Portuguese for flowers). Flores is part of the Sunda archipelago, which lies between the Indian and Pacific Oceans. The best Robusta coffee beans in the world come from this special flower island. This version is a tin with 250 grams of beans with a beautiful image of Venice from ancient times.
