The Carnaroli Superfino rice from Riserva San Massimo is perfect for the preparation of risotto. It is famous among important chefs for its organoleptic characteristics such as low stickiness, firm consistency in cooking, rare grain compactness and high starch content. It is not for nothing that this Riserva San Massimo Carnaroli is the Risotto rice which is used by many Michelin star chefs and is the most used Risotto in the top catering industry in Italy, so this says something.

A luxurious nut mix with cashew nuts, king size peanuts, almond, macadamia and pistachio. The nuts are freshly roasted and salted (if you want unsalted, please let us know and we'll let them burn). Because we burn fresh, the delivery time can sometimes take a day longer, so please take this into account. This is incomparable with the supermarket nuts and is still authentically roasted for us by a nut burner and packed in a bag of approximately 200 grams.

Goppion Caffè Nativo is made from carefully selected hand-picked red (ripe) Arabica coffee berries from Honduras. Coffee connoisseurs often choose the Nativo as their favorite. The Nativo has an intense, balanced taste with hints of cocoa and fruit. A full body and a pronounced cocoa taste, but also soft and not bitter. This version is a tin with 250 grams of beans Goppion Caffè Nativo.

The Le Dolcezze di Nanni Cantucci Classici are Tuscan biscuits par excellence and appreciated worldwide. They are synonymous with good Tuscan cuisine and are traditionally dipped in a glass of dessert wine, but are also great with tea and coffee. As with all Le Dolcezze di Nanni products, the preparation is carried out by hand, respecting the old rules that guarantee the high quality of the Cantucci. Fresh and light with a delicate taste are perfect to end the meal with sweetness. Delicious with tea, milk, cappuccino or coffee. The Cantuccis of Le Dolcezze di Nanni are characterized by a high presence of whole peeled almonds. So awesome.

The Fattoria Sila Sughetto (Sugo) Basilico Amatriciana is a very tasty ready-to-use sauce based on exclusive recipes from Calabria. The sauces are made with the best raw materials intended for the higher segment of restaurants and gastronomic connoisseurs. Incomparable to the mass Supermarket sauces. The Sugo Basilico has an intense taste of freshly picked tomatoes, with that fresh hint of basil that can only be made in Italy. Produced with only the pulp of selected Italian tomatoes and of course with only extra Virgin Olive Oil.

The oak-aged Chardonnay comes from various vineyards of Paul Mas located in the Limoux appellation in the Languedoc. There is a Mediterranean climate here, but the Atlantic Ocean provides the necessary cooling. The wine is aged for 9 months in 50% French and 50% American oak. One third of the barrels are new. In the glass, the Paul Mas dA Chardonnay Limoux Réserve has a light golden yellow color. In the nose we smell tropical fruit, white flowers and notes of butter and vanilla. In the mouth this is a full, soft wine with a nice balance between the tropical fruit, the acids and light wood. Because not only new oak is used, this wine retains its elegance and freshness.

While you wait for the 'great' wines of Moro to reach their peak, you can already fully enjoy this fruity, youthful Tempranillo from Emilio Moro. The Finca Resalso comes from the (relatively) younger vines. In the glass, the wine has a cherry red color with purple hues. In the nose, the aroma and intensity of the wine stimulates the senses. Pure fruit enjoyment of strawberries, cherries, raspberry liquorice and black forest fruits. The Finca Resalso is lively, with a spicy touch and just enough structure due to the 4 months aging in French barriques. It is a very fine wine with a well-developed structure that makes it very pleasant to drink. The Resalso has an excellent price-quality ratio. In the April edition of Hubrecht Duijker, the Finca Resalso by Emilio Moro receives a favorable assessment and the designation 'Recommended'.

“Oud Dordt” is a beautiful cheese that is linked to the region. The cheese is made at the dairy factory “De Graafstroom” in Bleskensgraaf. This cooperative cheese factory has been owned by the 150 affiliated dairy farmers since 2009. In recent years, “De Graafstroom” has invested heavily in special recipes to make even better cheeses. The result of this is, among other things, the “Oud Dordt” cheese. This cheese recipe has since won the necessary prizes at international cheese inspections such as Global CheeseAward 2017 and World CheeseAward 2017. Oud Dordt is a perfectly naturally matured 48+ cheese with beautiful protein crystals. The taste is spicy, creamy and slightly sweet. The Oud Dordt 48+ is vacuum-packed and is freshly cut and has a tip of ~350 grams. This cheese goes very well with a wood-aged red Tempranillo wine such as the CEPA 21 Hito and also tastes delicious with an Italian Primitivo .

Organic extra virgin olive oil denocciolato (pitted) from Tenuta di Ghizzano from Tuscany. Very beautiful olive oil, bright green and gold in color, an intense nose of artichoke, mint and sage with notes of ripe yellow pepper. The oil tastes strong, intense and has a smooth mouthfeel with a pleasant bitterness and sharpness. Without a doubt one of the most beautiful and delicate olive oil available. The Denocciolato (pitted) Extra Virgin olive oil is richer in natural antioxidants (tocopherols and polyphenols) than the regular, pitted olive oil. In addition to a positive effect on health, a higher content of polyphenols and tocopherols ensures that the olive oil has more intense flavors and better oxidation, so that it lasts longer.
