The NV La Bota de Manzanilla Pasada 100 (release 2022) has only had a few very limited releases. This is a very special wine that shows a special complexity due to an amazing balance of finesse and chalky minerality, and nuances of toasted dry fruit resulting from the start of the process of amontillamiento. Of course, this Manzanilla Pasada has the characterful ebb typical iodine, salt and seaweed, but all a bit more complex, refined and fresh. This is the most special and rare of all Manzanillas Pasadas by Navazos Truly world class. The taste is super expressive and explosive, sharp and nuanced, with very pure and long-lasting flavors. Really impressive.
