This Elio Perrone NŌ Rosso has a deep, purple-red color and is a huge fruit bomb in the nose. The wine is full of aromas of cherries, blackberries, liquorice, vanilla and tobacco. The wine is made from the Barbera grape and produced using the appassimento technique. This means that some of the grapes have been left to ripen for an extra long time, creating a lot of concentrated sugars. This gives you a powerful wine with a nice sweet, sultry tone at the beginning. Can we give this wine the nickname: "The Amarone from Piemonte" - We think everyone agrees. This is the No. 22 edition which was released in the fall of 2024.

FACT: The wine is in our conditioned Wine Warehouse and if you come to pick up the wine you will also receive a nice discount. You will see your discount immediately when you choose Pick up in Checkout page. We are located almost next to the Rijksweg with plenty of parking. Click here for our address.

In Italy you don't just leave the family business. So Stefano Perrone, former Italian motocross champion, also went overboard. In the Piedmont, this family has been making delicious Moscato wines for generations. The 13 hectares of vineyards on the hills of Castiglione Tinella are mainly planted with barbera, moscato and brachetto (an almost forgotten native grape, also called the red moscato). Winemaker Stefano Perrone, since he took over in 1989, has ensured that the quality of the grapes has risen considerably and modernized the techniques in the wine cellar.
