The Feudi 125 Negroamaro del Salento Rosate or Feudi Rosé is a 100% Negroamaro from a vineyard located in Taranto - Puglia. The wine is slightly sparkling due to the addition of a minuscule percentage of carbon dioxide just before bottling and this makes this an ultimate wine for when the sun is shining. This style of rosé is typical of how rosé wines have been made in Puglia for years. It is precisely this very light 'sparkle' that makes the wine extremely fresh and elegant. The not excessive alcohol content of 12.5% also makes this a very pleasant 'easy drinker'. The great bouquet is reminiscent of freshly picked red fruit. With its lively taste it goes well with starters and light dishes. Also ideal with shellfish and cheese.
