The Kellerei Cantina Terla (Terlana) Pinot Grigio is a 100% Pinot Grigio (Pinot Gris) wine from the Alto Adige region. The grapes are harvested and selected by hand; the juice is gently pressed and clarified; the wine undergoes slow fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, and is aged on the lees in stainless steel tanks for 5-7 months.

The Terlan Pinot Grigio has an intense straw-yellow aroma. The nose reveals fruity notes of pear, lychee, and white melon—with the floral aromatic character of a freshly mown meadow. On the palate, the wine is balanced with aromas ranging from black tea to exotic fruity nuances of melon and ripe grapefruit—an exceptionally full-bodied yet smooth wine. Ideal with appetizers such as smoked bacon, aged meats like Bündnerfleisch or venison sausage, and their typical Italian counterparts like Parma ham, dried tomato, and olive pâté; herb risotto, nettle gnocchi or beetroot dumplings, veal, and delicately grilled fish.
