The Kellerei Cantina Terla (Terlana) Pinot Grigio is a 100% Pinot Grigio (Pinot Gris) coming from the Alto Adige. Manual harvest and selection of the grapes; soft pressing and clarification of the juice; slow fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, maturation on the lees in steel tanks for 5-7 months.

The Terlan Pinot Grigio has an intense straw-yellow aroma. On the nose fruity notes of pear, lychee and white melon - with the floral aromatic character of a freshly mown meadow. On the palate the wine is balanced with aromas from black tea to exotic fruity nuances of melon and ripe grapefruit - this is an excellent full and at the same time soft wine. Ideal with hors d'oeuvres such as smoked bacon, matured meats such as Bündnerfleisch or venison sausage, and their typical Italian counterparts such as Parma ham, dried tomatoes and olive pate; herb risotto, nettle gnocchi or beetroot dumplings, veal and finely grilled fish.
