O Rosal is the showpiece of Terras Gauda and what a gem of a wine! Albariño (70%), loureira (20%), and caiño blanco (10%) form the basis of this special wine. The bunches are harvested by hand and brought to the wine cellars in small crates (maximum 18 kilos content). The grape varieties are processed separately until the final blend after alcoholic fermentation.
The wine is produced by Bodegas Terras Gauda, a winery known for its high-quality wines from the Rias Baixas region. O Rosal is a fresh and fruity wine with aromas of citrus fruits, apple and peach. The taste is soft and round with a light acidity and a pleasant aftertaste. The wine is perfect to serve with fish dishes, shellfish and grilled meat. It is also a great aperitif wine. O Rosal is produced in limited quantities and is only available in selected wine shops and restaurants. It is recommended to serve the wine at a temperature of 8-10 degrees Celsius.
