Description
Bogle Vineyard is located in the heart of California, specifically in Clarksburg, a region known for its unique terroir. The fertile soil of the Sacramento River Delta and the temperate climate provide the perfect conditions for the production of high-quality wines.
Viticulture Behind Bogle Vineyards' 2022 Pinot Noir
The 2022 Bogle Vineyard Pinot Noir is made from carefully selected Pinot Noir grapes. This grape is known for its delicate character and complexity. The climate in Clarksburg is characterized by warm days and cool nights, ideal for the slow ripening of the grapes. This results in a wine with balanced acidity and a deep flavor structure. The 2022 vintage offered excellent conditions, allowing the grapes to ripen optimally.

The Bogle family has been growing wines since the nineteenth century. It wasn't until around 1968 that the family planted the first vines near Clarksburgh USA. After years of hard work, the Bogle family has more than 1,200 acres of viticulture in California. With the growth of the company, the family established a name within the wine world, both in America and abroad. The main reason for the success is that the family is engaged in the production of wine on a daily basis. The family understands that high quality wines start with excellent grape varieties. They ensure this by working organically with respect for the land and the environment. The story behind the pheasant on the labels of the wines is as follows. The family wanted a label that reflected the region of the vineyards. The family came into contact with the artist Paul Lorenzi, who was sketching the wines one evening. Suddenly a beautiful pheasant sat in the middle of the vineyard. The Bogle wines label was born!
Bogle Vineyards works organically. Bogle is certified by several agencies: California Certified Sustainable Winegrowing, Lodi Rules Certified Green Certificate and the “Sacramento Area Sustainable Business” Certificate.
