The Feudi 125 Negroamaro del Salento Rosate or the Feudi Rosé is a 100% Negroamaro coming from a vineyard located in Taranto - Puglia. The wine is slightly sparkling due to the addition of a minuscule percentage of carbon dioxide just before bottling, making this the ultimate wine for when the sun is shining. This style of rosé is typical for how rosé wines have been made in Puglia for years. It is precisely this very light 'sparkle' that makes the wine extremely fresh and elegant. The not excessive alcohol content of 12.5% also makes this a very pleasant 'continuous drinker'. The great bouquet is reminiscent of freshly picked red fruit. With its lively taste, it goes well with starters and light dishes. Also ideal with shellfish and cheese.
