The Malbec and Petit Verdot grapes come from selected vineyards in South Australia. In the glass the wine is purple-red. In the nose dark fruit such as blackberries, blackcurrants, cherries, plums with light notes of cedar. The Moonlighters Red is rich, juicy and fruity on the palate with light tannins, spice and leather. Delicious with grilled lamb chops with garlic and rosemary and a sweet potato puree. Also delicious at the barbecue.
