Gessami means jasmine. This cava house harvests its grapes just before they are fully ripe, because oxidation of the grape or the juice is the greatest danger. This results in a low alcoholic wine within their range of still wines.

The Gessami is an aromatic dry white wine consisting of apricots, flowers and minerals. The Gramona Gessamí is a white wine made from 40% Muscat de Frontignan, 40% Sauvignon Blanc, 15% Gewurztraminer and 5% Muscat de Alexandria. The wine is low in alcohol and is very aromatic yet dry with spicy musky notes of jasmine, lychee, honeysuckle and pear. This is an ideal accompaniment to Asian (spicy) dishes.
