The Bogle family has been active in agriculture for over 100 years. Since the late 1960s, grapes have also been grown in the California wine region of Clarksburg and later Lodi. This wine is made from Pinot Noir grapes that come from vineyards in Russian River Valley, Monterey and Clarksburg. The wine matured for 10 months in French and American oak barrels.

The Bogle Petite Syrah is an expressive fruity red wine. Bright ink color with colored tears. In the nose notes of freshly picked cassis berries and black juniper with dry twigs and a floral exotic touch. Spicy taste with juicy acidity and soft tannins in a luscious aftertaste. Perfect with oriental spicy dishes with red and white meat, also with pasta in seasoned tomato sauce with peppers and with white mold cheeses. Do not drink too hot and we recommend 15°C

Bogle is certified by several agencies: California Certified Sustainable Winegrowing, Lodi Rules Certified Green Certificate and the “Sacramento Area Sustainable Business” Certificate.
