2020 Anne Gros & Jean Paul Tollot La 50/50 Cotes du Brian

La 50/50 Cotes du Brian is a cuvée created from the blending of 3 cepages into a serious wine, showing how the three grapes reinforce and complement each other. The wine is a blend of Carignan, Cinsault, Grenache from between 25-40 year old vineyards. After maturing in stainless steel tanks, this wine is delicate, fruity and tense. Her vocation is to be refreshing and fresh, glass after glass… during a meal or just to enjoy. The fruit and flavors should not be affected by wood tones and to get maximum flavors and fragrances the aging is at a low temperature allowing the extract to be very nice.
