Only the grapes from strong years – such as 2008, 2010, 2012, 2013 and now 2015 – are used to make this vintage champagne and thus the quality is guaranteed. Of course, coupled with a very precise development process, the right proportions and dedication of the cellar masters.

The 2015 Dom Pérignon, released in January 2023, displays a unique, ethereal profile with aromas of white pepper, iodine, ripe orchard fruits, toast, smoke, herbs and spices. Medium to full bodied, layered and structured, enveloping and round with a delicate phenolic mid-palate underscoring chalky dry extracts, finishing on a juicy, penetrating finish with gastronomic bitterness. This version of Dom Pérignon, while full of the usual charm and vinous generosity that typifies the label, is distinguished by its structurally delicate austerity and a distinctive phenolic profile, resulting in a remarkably linear and well-defined style that is clearly different from the more familiar expressions of Dom Pérignon. This is a blend of 51% Pinot Noir and 49% Chardonnay at a dosage of 4.5 grams per litre; it will age beautifully and can be enjoyed now or over the next 20 years.
