Champagne Deutz was founded in 1838 in Aÿ and is one of the oldest members of the prestigious Syndicat des Grandes Marques. The Champagnes have their own distinct style, consisting of a perfect harmony of finesse, elegance and complexity. The champagne house honours traditions, but also works with modern technologies to maintain this unique style.

Champagne Deutz is on many wine lists of prestigious Michelin star restaurants worldwide. Also in the Netherlands more and more restaurants recognize the excellent quality of this champagne house.

The Deutz 'Amour de Deutz' is a very special champagne. The name Amour de Deutz is derived from the statue of the Cherub that adorns the courtyard of the Deutz cellars. After bottling, the wine rests deep in the impressive Deutz cellars, which are carved out of the limestone soils of Ay. It is a wine with a style in the true tradition of Deutz and can mature for a particularly long time. Crystal clear color with pale golden hues. A subtle nose in which very elegant aromas of white flowers, honeysuckle merge with citrus fruits, hazelnut, fresh almonds and vanilla. Delicious as an aperitif and the perfect companion for shellfish, oysters, sushi, lobster, white fish and caviar, especially with Oscietra.

Deutz was founded in 1838 and is one of the oldest members of the prestigious Syndicat des Grandes Marques. The Deutz champagnes have their own distinct style with a perfect harmony of finesse, elegance, a very fine mousse and complexity. The house honors traditions, but also works with the most modern technologies to maintain this own style. In France, Champagne Deutz is on all wine lists of the 2 and 3 star Michelin restaurants. In the Netherlands, too, more and more restaurants are recognizing the excellent quality of this champagne house. The key to the Brut Classic's distinct style is the use of top quality grapes, which come from the best grand crus from the area around Marne. Virtually no other wine producer sources such a large percentage of grapes from the highest-rated vineyards (94 out of 100 points). Brut Classic is an assembly of different volumes. Each year, a certain amount of reserved wine (20-40%) is added to the assembly, with the aim of giving the champagne an equal level of quality and style.
