Château La Gurgue - Bordeaux Tradition - Négoce de Vins

Château La Gurgue is a small property of 10ha in the commune of Margaux and the vineyard consists of some beautiful ridges that partly border Chateau Margaux. The average age of the vineyard is around 40 years. This neighbor of Chateau Margaux is owned by the same owners as Chateau Ferriere and Chateau Haut-Bages-Liberal. Claire Villars Lurton is the winemaker. The wine is dominated by the Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety.
