Frederico Carletti, the current owner of Azienda Agricola Poliziano, is responsible for a revolutionary change. Carletti has turned Poliziano into a real wine-producing company, which produces and bottles its own wines. He went to Piemonte to learn the profession of an enologist at the university. He then did internships with various wine producers to gain the necessary practical experience. Then it was time to realize his childhood dream. Since taking office in 1981, the company's star has risen rapidly. His innovations included the planting of new grapes such as Cabernet Sauvignon, as well as the creation of new wines, such as Le Stanze, Elegia and a Riserva from separate vineyards, such as the Vigna Asinone.
