What does it mean if my order comes in backorder?

For a number of wines, we are able to have them back in stock within a few days. If the wine is not in stock, we have adjusted our website so that you are still able to order more than we currently have in stock. In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver the wines within a few days, we will book the value of your order on to your loyalty account or, if desired, refund to your account. Because we cleary state that a number of products have been ordered in backorder and you are able to see that you have ordered more than what we currently have in stock, we will dispatch the entire order in one go (meaning that we will send the order as one when the backorder products have arrived. If this takes unexpectably longer, we will refund the value to your loyalty account or to your account).
