Description
An elegant and fresh sparkling wine from California, made from 100% Chardonnay. Perfect for festive moments and gastronomic combinations.
Sparkling wines from America
California is known as one of the most versatile wine regions in the world. The favorable climate, with warm days and cool nights, ensures optimal ripening of the grapes. The influence of the Pacific Ocean brings cooling, which preserves the acids and gives the wines a refined freshness.
The Bogle Blanc de Blancs Sparkling comes from Clarksburg, a wine region in the Sacramento Delta. This area is ideal for Chardonnay, thanks to the fertile soils and the natural cooling by the nearby rivers.
Bogle Blanc de Blancs
This sparkling wine is made entirely from 100% Chardonnay grapes , resulting in a fresh and elegant style. Chardonnay is one of the most appreciated grape varieties for sparkling wine, thanks to its refined acidity and complex aromas.
The grapes for Bogle Blanc de Blancs Sparkling are hand-picked and carefully pressed. This process produces a delicate and pure base wine, which then undergoes a second fermentation to develop its refined mousse.
Climate and wine growing in California
California's Mediterranean climate, with plenty of sunshine and cool breezes, plays an important role in the quality of sparkling wines. The grapes ripen evenly, which provides a perfect balance between ripe fruit and refreshing acidity.
Bogle Vineyards practices sustainable viticulture. This means using environmentally friendly techniques such as minimal irrigation and natural pest control. This preserves biodiversity and allows the grapes to reach their full potential.
American Sparkling Wines – A Growing Reputation
Although sparkling wine is often associated with France, American sparkling wines are quickly gaining popularity. Regions such as California are increasingly producing high-quality sparkling wines using the traditional method.
The Bogle Blanc de Blancs Sparkling is a prime example of this trend. It combines the elegance of a Blanc de Blancs with the expressive fruitiness typical of Californian wines.

The Bogle family has been growing wines since the nineteenth century. It wasn't until around 1968 that the family planted the first vines near Clarksburgh USA. After years of hard work, the Bogle family has more than 1,200 acres of viticulture in California. With the growth of the company, the family established a name within the wine world, both in America and abroad. The main reason for the success is that the family is engaged in the production of wine on a daily basis. The family understands that high quality wines start with excellent grape varieties. They ensure this by working organically with respect for the land and the environment. The story behind the pheasant on the labels of the wines is as follows. The family wanted a label that reflected the region of the vineyards. The family came into contact with the artist Paul Lorenzi, who was sketching the wines one evening. Suddenly a beautiful pheasant sat in the middle of the vineyard. The Bogle wines label was born!
Bogle Vineyards works organically. Bogle is certified by several agencies: California Certified Sustainable Winegrowing, Lodi Rules Certified Green Certificate and the “Sacramento Area Sustainable Business” Certificate.
