Description
NOTE: The label, packaging, or capsule is (slightly) damaged. This damage does not affect the quality—only the appearance. Therefore, you can purchase this product at a significantly reduced price.
The Bogle family has been active in agriculture for over 100 years. Since the late 1960s, they also cultivated grapes in California's Clarksburg wine region, and later in Lodi. Some of the wine is fermented in new oak barrels; some is aged on the lees, and some is malolactic. All in all, an (affordable) textbook example of California Chardonnay. In the glass, the wine is golden yellow with thick tears. The Bogle Chardonnay has typical apple and pear flavors, and you can also taste vanilla from the oak aging. The oak-aged wine is beautifully full and creamy, with a wonderfully long finish.
Bogle is certified by several agencies: California Certified Sustainable Winegrowing, Lodi Rules Certified Green Certificate, and the Sacramento Area Sustainable Business Certificate.

The Bogle family has been growing wines since the nineteenth century. It wasn't until around 1968 that the family planted the first vines near Clarksburgh USA. After years of hard work, the Bogle family has more than 1,200 acres of viticulture in California. With the growth of the company, the family established a name within the wine world, both in America and abroad. The main reason for the success is that the family is engaged in the production of wine on a daily basis. The family understands that high quality wines start with excellent grape varieties. They ensure this by working organically with respect for the land and the environment. The story behind the pheasant on the labels of the wines is as follows. The family wanted a label that reflected the region of the vineyards. The family came into contact with the artist Paul Lorenzi, who was sketching the wines one evening. Suddenly a beautiful pheasant sat in the middle of the vineyard. The Bogle wines label was born!
