The 125 Malvasia del Salento IGP is a 100% Malvasia coming from a vineyard located in Taranto - Puglia. The grapes are picked by hand. The grapes are soaked for 24 hours, the grapes are lightly pressed and fermented at 14°C, after which the must is aged in stainless steel tanks. In the glass, the 125 Malvasia del Salento is straw yellow in color. In the nose, the aromas are intensely aromatic and fruity and the taste lively and balanced with white fruit and some nuts in the nose. It is a structured, harmonious and delicate wine with good acidity. A delicious glass to drink on its own and can also be combined excellently with fish, seafood and cheese.
