Description
Delicious Cabernet Sauvignon from Corette, very beautiful dark red in color with refined aromas on the nose of forest fruits and spices (cinnamon, mint and laurel). There is also a subtle hint of good peppers, which is so characteristic of a Cabernet. Together with the refined wood tones (cedar and oak), the taste is really complete. All in all, a complex and very elegant wine whose beautiful taste lingers for a long time.
After harvest, the bunches are completely destemmed. The grapes are then left to soak for a long time with the skins to gain length, strength, richness, color and aromas. The wine then remains in stainless steel tanks for 6 months and part of the wine is aged for 6 months in oak barrels for even more complexity.
This wine tastes perfect with grilled dishes with beef or lamb, pepper steak and pasta.

Because you are a wine lover, but not necessarily a wine connoisseur. That is why we developed Corette seven years ago. The wines are made by Badet Clément, from Catherine and Laurent Delaunay, a large house that originates from Burgundy, but has also been active in Languedoc-Roussillon and the southern Rhône for a long time.
The Corette wine series has been developed exclusively for the trade and catering industry and currently consists of 8 products, each made from a single grape variety. Much attention has been paid to the appearance of the Corette wines (including labels, bottles and presentation). The Corette series contains wines from the Pays d'Oc. Corette stands for pure and honest wines for every day; wines in which the aroma and taste characteristics of the grape are well expressed.
