2021 Adulation California Chardonnay

Winery Adulation is located in the beautiful wine region of California. The house is known for producing a number of top California wines at excellent prices. The house has vineyards with old vines that are planted in a soil that consists of a strong structure of clay soil with lime and marl. The powerful soil in combination with the perfect climate that prevails in the area ensures that the grapes can ripen perfectly. For the Adulation wines, only the best bunches are selected from which the grapes are harvested by hand. The house is therefore able to produce wine of the best quality.

The grapes for this full and powerful Chardonnay wine ripen for a number of months in oak barrels after pressing. The result is a complex, full and creamy Chardonnay. The wine gives fresh and exotic aromas of tropical fruit. In the taste we taste yellow fruit combined with sweet herbs, toast and vanilla. The aftertaste is long and very powerful, what we are used to from a California Chardonnay. Freely translated, adulation means flattery and that fits perfectly with this beautiful Californian chardonnay because this is typically a wood-aged we, but at an un-American good price.
