Description
This wine is the result of a special project by Adega Algueia in Galicia. Dolio is a wood-aged blend of several indigenous grape varieties (66% MencÃa, 20% Brancellao, 6% Sousón, 4% Caiño, 4% Garnacha Tintorera). The grape bunches are crushed with the feet. Fermentation with the yeast cultures naturally present on the grape skins. Production of only 6665 bottles.
