The 125 Malvasia del Salento IGP is a 100% Malvasia from a vineyard located in Taranto - Puglia. The grapes are picked by hand. The grapes receive a 24-hour soaking, light pressing of the grapes and fermentation at 14° C, after which the must ripens in stainless steel tanks. In the glass, the 125 Malvasia del Salento is straw yellow in color. In the nose the aromas are intensely aromatic and fruity and the taste lively and balanced with white fruit and some nuts in the nose. It is a structured, harmonious and delicate wine with good acidity. A delicious glass to drink on its own and can also be excellently combined with fish, seafood and cheese.
