Trebbiano
Trebbiano
The Trebbiano Toscano – also known as Ugni blanc – is one of the oldest and most widely planted white grape varieties in Italy and France. The grape is used for the production of wine but also for wine that is intended to be distilled into brandy. The grapes are relatively small, contain a lot of juice and are often mixed with the Malvasia. Most likely, the grape is of Tuscan origin.
