The Cha Cha-cha is a 100% Chardonnay from Paul Mas. The wines come from a 25-year-old vineyard. The grapes are picked by hand and harvested at night to prevent oxidation. In the glass, the Cha Cha-Cha Chardonnay is bright gold with straw yellow tones. On the nose the wine is very elegant with tropical fruit, pineapple, hazelnuts, lime blossom and quince aromas with a touch of vanilla and toasted bread due to the civilized oak upbringing. The Paul Mas Que Sera Sirah is a hymn to the Syrah from the Languedoc. This wine is blended from Shiraz grapes from three different regions (Nicole Estate in Montagnac, the foothills of the Montagne Noire and the Aude Upper Valley). This 100% Syrah comes from vineyards between 28 and 45 years old with a sea view, so the sea breeze ensures a healthy vineyard. In the glass, the Que Sera Sirah is garnet red with violet reflections.
